Welcome to Fairwayz Golf Club. By booking a session, accessing our website, or using our golf simulator services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our online platform or by contacting us directly.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, technical issues).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• No-shows will not be refunded.

4. Simulator Usage

• All users must follow safety guidelines and staff instructions at all times.
• Any damage to equipment caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the user.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fairwayz website, including branding, graphics, simulator software, and written material, is the intellectual property of Fairwayz Golf Club and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Liability

Fairwayz Golf Club is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your use of our facilities, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.
